The Risk
The existing OnTrack platform was functionally stable but strategically underperforming. Engagement among frontline users was declining, supervisory visibility was limited, and enterprise clients increasingly questioned the system’s effectiveness as a compliance and governance tool.
Rather than requiring incremental improvements, the product needed structural realignment.
The mandate was to reposition OnTrack from a checklist execution tool into a scalable operational governance system. This involved strengthening accountability mechanisms, introducing persistent corrective action workflows, clarifying role-based responsibilities, and modernizing the product architecture to support enterprise growth.
The objective was not simply to refresh the interface or expand feature count, but to restore operational credibility, improve enterprise retention confidence, and create a foundation capable of supporting new business onboarding and long-term scalability.
